Wilkes Central Middle School in Wilkesboro, NC. launched
a six-weeks exploration of ancient Rome, using the novel Getorix and the related curriculum. The exploration included
stubject across the curriculum and students from "gifted" to "resource."
The teachers will be presenting at the North Carolina Middle School Assn. conference in Greensboro, NC, March 17-15. They have graciously invited the author and Getorix to participate.
